Date & Time

Our wedding itself will take place on Saturday, the 14th of February 2026. However, with so much love and so little time, we feel that one day of celebration is simply not enough! We would therefore love to spend the whole weekend with you, from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning!

You are welcome to arrive at Cherry Glamping any time after 3pm on Friday, 13 February 2026. Your tent will be ready and waiting!

Dress Code

While your attire for the majority of the weekend is entirely your own prerogative, please dress up a bit for the actual celebrations on Saturday! We ask that you come dressed semi-formal (ties optional).

Although our colour scheme includes an array of greens and beiges, please do not feel tied to this: you are welcome to wear any colour you feel fabulous in, provided it isn’t white! 

What to Bring

Food:

• As we have invited you to celebrate with us, you will be fed, wined and dined on Saturday night. However, as this is a full weekend affair, please don’t forget to pack food for yourself for the Friday and the Sunday!
• Our Friday night will be spent braaing at the Dennebos campsite. Please bring some meats for yourself, as well as any tipples of your choosing.
• The kitchens at both camps are fully equipped with tea and coffee, however if you are a breakfast person, please bring some cereal etc along for yourself!

Drinks:

• There will be wines and beers at the celebration on Saturday. However, we will not be catering any hard liquors, so if you’re a G&T kinda gal or a brandy kinda bloke, please don’t hesitate to bring some along!
• Additionally, if you have any preferred wines, beers or cool drinks, please bring those along, too.
• Again, as this is a full weekend affair, please don’t dehydrate yourself! Any and all drinks, alcoholic or not, are welcomed in abundance.

Clothes:

• Summer clothes
• Swimming costumes
• Semi-formal celebratory attire
• Sun cream

Important Information

We’re so excited to celebrate this unforgettable weekend with you.

To make sure you’re not just glamping in spirit (or, you know, sleeping under a tree with the wildlife), we kindly ask for you to contribute R650 towards your accommodation for the weekend. This covers your comfy Bell tent, the stunning surroundings, and guarantees you won’t have to build your own shelter Survivor style.
