As a couple that loves all things nature, it seems only fitting that we celebrate our special day surrounded by lush forests, rolling hills and wild animals.
Nestled in the picturesque Elgin, Cherry Glamping is exactly that: glamping at its best! Think late-night braais, refreshing dips, wild animal sightings, and luxe Bell tenting. Fresh air, starry skies and crackling bonfires. A weekend of love, laughter, and adventure!
Accommodation
Cherry Glamping consists of two camps: Bloekombos and Dennebos. Scattered between the trees of these camps are an abundance of spacious and fully-furnished Bell tents, equipped with beds, cotton linen, towels, bedside tables with lamps, chairs and a plug point.
Each camp also consists of bathroom facilities, fully equipped kitchens, a boma with a firepit, braai facilities, changing rooms, and massive lawns for outdoor activities.

Keeping yourself entertained at Cherry Glamping will be the easiest thing you’ve ever done!
Ceremony
Our ceremony will be taking place in the beautiful Poplar Tree Chapel, overlooking the mountains and the valley. The views are exquisite; however, please do keep in mind that as breathtaking as the scenery is, we are the real stars of the show – try not to get too distracted!
Reception
The real festivities will be taking place in the Glass Venue, located at the Bloekombos campsite. Think expansive fields, a crystal lake, fynbos and fairy lights. Here we will enjoy our golden hour drinks, our sit-down dinner, and finally our dancing and debauchery. Kick back in one of the lounge pockets under the stars, or plunge head-first onto the dance floor!

Cherry Glamping is located just off the N2, about one hour outside of Cape Town. To be more specific, it is a mere 6km away from Peregrine Farm Stall (so yes, you can get your pie and your piccy before pulling through).
